LOGE Leavenworth Downtown

I reserved a room at LOGE downtown Leavenworth this week, and was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Upon arrival, I didn't realized it was more like a hostel, but at the same time, the bed, room size, amenities and restroom facilities were all convenient and clean. The experience of checking in and out and access to nearby attractions made for a good stay. My only "complaint" is the creaking noises from people walking, which they warn about and provide earplugs. If you have noise sensitivity, please bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones

My husband & I had a great stay at LOGE Leavenworth Downtown in August 2023. We were relieved upon arrival to find the hotel had AC (there was a heat wave happening and it was 104 in Leavenworth) and that our room had been upgraded to a nicer suite. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was clean, and the whole place was very nice. All the little amenities in the room, like the charging cables and outdoor drinkware, were a really nice touch. The location is perfect if you want to be walking distance to downtown Leavenworth. We had food from the cafe for breakfast, which was tasty. Would definitely go back to this/other LOGE properties in the future.

While the hotel itself was clean and looked like it was recently renovated there were some things that were not up to standard. I must say that having had traveled for the last two weeks over six states staying at multiple hotels this staff was the worst. They were rude to all my companions from the time we entered to when they left for the night. I have never been treated so impolite. What caused this manner is still a puzzle as none of my party deserved this type of treatment.

Paper thin walls for 400 a night. As others have said, the walls and construction of this building cause it to be extremely noisy. You can hear people bouncing around upstairs, in the hallways, slamming doors until 2 AM, toilets flushing, dogs barking etc. Good luck getting any sleep. I know it's Oktoberfest pricing but I can't help but be annoyed at paying 800 for two nights for this level of quality. It's a joke really. The location is good and they have some cool amenities but I would not recommend staying here. I have stayed at other LOGE locations and had a great experience. Recommendation - get an employee or security to regulate people running up and down the hallways and screaming past midnight.

What a disappointment. I did not realize that the bathrooms were communal and what a shock that was. How can you justify only one toilet and and two urinals for an entire floor. I did not appreciate having to not only get dressed for my nightly trip to the washroom, but also having to put up with the overly bright hallway and bathroom lights and then trying to get back to sleep after all that. The showers offered no privacy at all, the shower stalls had a curtain to keep water off the floor but the entire dressing area was open. Not how I wish to travel. It's not like they didn't have room for a bathroom in the suite because there was a separate room with a sink in it and lots of room for a toilet and shower. The cleanliness was average at best all though when I dropped a towel in the room with the sink, it came up black on the portion of the towel that touch the floor. As others have mentioned the rooms are noisy, you can hear all kinds of noise from people walking and flushing toilets up stairs and walking and talking in the hallway. Their solution for this is to give you hear plugs for sleeping. And no I'm not joking about that. Over-nighting at a rest-stop in my car would almost seem preferable. I would never consider staying at this place again.

My husband and I stayed one night for a birthday getaway. We can't wait to go back, it's where we plan to stay on every trip to Leavenworth. We enjoyed the room and appreciated that there was little artwork, you could tell they spent their budget on hotel offerings instead. They were upfront about the thin walls and even had ear plugs to help if needed. The room had space for lots of luggage, and bike racks to store bicycles. We enjoyed the s'mores kits and while we didn't eat at the cafe, the prices looked reasonable. Can't wait to come back again!

Very mixed experience here—it is EXTREMELY unclear from the website that some of the rooms do not have their own bathroom, and instead rely on a communal bathroom/shower. We arrived only to discover this upon getting access to our room. The communal bathrooms on the first floor also lack any kind of keypad entry or any security features to keep random folks from just wandering in off the street. My partner has a history that made her feel extremely unsafe with this situation; to their credit, the employee we spoke to took this very seriously and they accommodated us in one of the cabins at their riverside location, which was lovely. Good reviews for customer service, but misleading PR—book with care.
